Instructions for mixing and pouring Transparent

Epoxy Glue Transparent Epoxy Glue (Epoxy Resin) includes 02 components:
A is Epoxy resin
B is the curing agent
Mixing ratio: 3A:1B by weight (3 parts glue A/1 part hardener B), for example 300g A + 100g B
Step 1: Use a small scale to weigh accurately
Step 2: Stir the two ingredients together until they reach a uniform color
Step 3: After stirring, pour into the product mold, within 20-25 minutes (don't leave it too long or the glue will harden).
After mixing and pouring into the mold, you can use heat (like torching a mini gas can quickly on the surface, or using a sharp toothpick to remove small bubbles if there are air bubbles).

Note:
+ First, mix a sufficient amount of glue -> use a brush to apply to the wooden surface to seal the surface -> wait until it dries completely (to seal air bubbles from the wood from escaping)
+ Each time, pour a maximum of 01 - 1.5cm (wait for the first layer to surface to pour the next layer). Summer: should be poured 1cm/pour. Depending on product size and ambient temperature, the thickness of glue can be changed accordingly.
+ Clean the room thoroughly to avoid dust and insects sticking to the product

Drying time: 8-10 hours at room temperature (32-33 degrees Celsius)
Note: In winter or high humidity, you must use a heating fan (heating lamp) to dry the room above 30 degrees Celsius, maximum 40 degrees Celsius
Storage: After use, close the lid tightly and store in a cool, dry place, avoid direct sunlight, and keep out of reach of children.
